Sherbo 2017
Jonathan and Joseph, who make up the Sherbro JFCPS team, are both mature spiritual leaders with previous work and ministry experience. They have a strong desire to reach the Sherbro with the Gospel and boldly share it in friendly or hostile situations. Since 2011, this tandem has planted 116 church plants in a region where ethnic religion, followed by Islam, is deeply ingrained.
In the last six years, the Sherbro team has shown the JESUS film to about 32,335 people with some 16% making a decision for Christ. A pastor, J. N., from Mokorewa village remarked, “I am very excited about the JFCPS in the entire Moyamba district. You have really brought light into our district by bringing this program here!” Pastor J.N. has planted four churches with the JFCPS.
