Unexpected Appreciation Letter

Due to the Ebola outbreak in Liberia, we had to suspend operations for our JESUS Film Church Planting Strategy teams for a few months. Just recently, our team received an unexpected email from the JFCPS teams in Liberia. It was sent by one of our team leaders, Jackson, who had to travel for two hrs (one way) to get to an internet café so that he could send this email.

------------------------------------------------------

Dear Brother Robert,

Greetings to you and to all the staff of [JFCPS] in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I want to extend our thanks and gratitude to the directors of [JFCPS] for the ongoing support that they have graciously provided to the JFCPS team members during the devastating Ebola outbreak here in Liberia. Your gifts are making it possible for us to provide enough food for our families and to keep a roof over our heads. You also enabled us to buy medications to treat our family illnesses during a time when getting medical aid was nearly impossible.

We greatly appreciate your kindness and pray that God will continue to protect us and supply for our daily needs until Liberia is declared Ebola free. We pray that this will happen soon so that we can resume our church planting work with the JFCPS.

Thank you for your love and prayers.

Yours in His Service,
Jackson
